The School
The European School of Laparoscopic Surgery focuses (ESLS) on providing medical professionals (both surgeons and nurses) with advanced instruction in laparoscopic techniques and procedures.
Our training courses are centered on live procedures performed by highly skilled surgeons, who are also qualified instructors. Students are given opportunities to interact with the operating surgeons, and international experts moderate the live surgical procedures – either on-site or remotely, via satellite video-conferencing.
All ESLS courses include:
- laparoscopic anatomy via virtual reality;
- a full description of the procedure;
- live demonstrations
- in-depth discussions of techniques that can be reviewed on tape.
 These Courses are endorsed by the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES)
